18th February 2008 mind solutions, a management consultancy specialising in SAP implementations, is one of the sponsors of the 5th SAP Financial Days that are taking place from 27 - 29 February in Wisla in southern Poland.

Walldorf (Baden) – In spring 2008, Walldorf-based SAP specialists mind solutions are opening their first international subsidiary in the Polish capital Warsaw. The first sales and marketing activities on the Polish market are already under way. mind solutions is one of the sponsors of the 5th SAP Financial Days that are taking place in Wisla close to the Slovak border from 27 - 29 February.

For three days, experts from SAP as well as numerous clients and partners will provide information on the latest developments in SAP Financials. mind solutions will participate in the “Meet the Experts” sessions and will focus on the opportunities that the new General Ledger offers enterprises. Using practical examples, mind solutions’ experts will detail methods used to migrate data into the new General Ledger and provide an overview of the extensive array of new costing and reporting functions provided.

Project Manager Torben Schuchart explains: “The new General Ledger combines several previously separate ledgers thus reducing data entry requirements. Additionally, it facilitates enterprise-specific reporting and costing whilst reducing TCO. However, migration from a live system to the new General Ledger requires the support of experienced specialists in order to ensure a smooth and rapid implementation.”
