Our customer and company

mind solutions GmbH is a young business consultancy specializing in SAP-based software systems for Logistics and Financials. Our headquarters are located in Walldorf, Germany. Since the beginning of 2008, mind solutions GmbH has a subsidiary in Poland.

We provide consulting services to national and international clients active in manufacturing, trade and commerce. We analyze and optimize their business processes in Logistics and Financials, plan and implement corresponding SAP software systems and train staff in using these systems.

Thanks to our professional approach and reliability, we meet the targets defined with our clients and achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction. Client recommendations of our services are one of our most important corporate targets.

Our style of work

Our success is based solely on the know-how and dedication of our staff. We work in projects where all employees have sole responsibility for their tasks. Our consultants are self-reliant and efficient. mind solutions GmbH has flat and flexible hierarchies  and is customer-oriented to enable and facilitate cross-project communication and teamwork. Openness, friendliness, a results-oriented approach and also humour characterize our corporate culture.

 

Individual training and internal possibilities for development as well as a continuous knowledge transfer and exchange of experiences, are a matter of course.

During their initial training period, new employees are assigned to an experienced senior consultant who advises and coaches them. All staff meet with management annually for a career advancement review.

We expect our new consultants to quickly come to grips with their new tasks, to support our customer focus and to proactively act in the interests of our clients. A good knowledge of English and the willingness to travel internationally are a must.
